We read a poem in class and discussed words that would give us the same feeling the man In the poem did. We had a discussion and shared with the class one of our word

 I usually start with brainstorming and thinking of the basic idea that I want to do, sometimes when I have trouble I will use my resources and look on Pinterest or Google for inspiration. Never take it directly but create my own thing. I was really proud of this cake I made in the seventh grade of a cell, I liked baking cakes in general and I went all out and spent a lot of money on candy and other things to do the most. I spent probably 4 hours on it.  Today in class we worked on brainstorming, making thought bubbles, and ensuring you answer a writing prompt completely. We then answered a prompt relating to the color purple and chose a character to make the though bubbles about. I chose Sofia.

Summarize your holiday break. In addition, write about 5 personal goals that you want to achieve in 2025. Explain why you chose those goals.

During my holiday break, we stayed home for both weeks this year, we normally do not do this and plan some sort of trip. We celebrated Christmas and had a lot of parties with different parts of my family who were going out of town. My first goal this year is to get all A`s in all my classes and to have them all managed at all times. My second goal is to spend more time with my family before I go off to college, and with my brother before he goes back. My third goal is one of my New Year resolutions I have to work out at least 4 times a week and eat healthily. My fourth goal is to work on my social anxiety, forcing myself to have conversations I would normally avoid, and not being afraid to talk to new people, I want to do this before leaving for college so it will be easier for me to make friends in school.  My fifth goal for the year is to pick up a new hobby or sport, I recently just ended which I have been doing for 12 years, and now that I'm done I want to learn or try new thin...

Write about a time when you had to rely on your mother (or any other prominent female in your life) during your time of need.

 I depend on my mom daily, I love my mom she is one of my best friends. I have become pretty independent with physical tasks like laundry and cooking but she is there emotionally always. I have always struggled in some way mentally and she has ALWAYS tried her best to help and be there. I relied on her a lot towards the end of my junior year.   I was going through a hard time with friends and it really started affecting my school life and confidence, she helped me manage it and make school easier by getting me a 504. I rely on her most of the time I need someone to talk to, we have a deal that as long as I am honest I most of the time will not get in trouble.
