Absent I have looked on canvas and read the part of the play online.

 Absent

 Today in class we took notes and watched a trailer preview for the book we will be doing. It deals with heavier topics so we had to submit a parent consent form. We answered six questions while talking through it and then turned it in.

 Today in class we worked on our 10 discussion questions having to do with the essay " Why I Want a Wife". The questions had to do with the traditional gender roles/stereotypes and how they relate to everyday life. We then discussed it with the class and for discussion points, it was cool to hear everybody's point of view of the questions and how they related to their everyday lives. 

 I`m sorry I have not been there, there have been family troubles, this is for today and yesterday I`m sorry I forgot yesterday.

 Today in class we took our first vocabulary quiz. We were supposed to take it on Monday, But it got delayed for today which was good because I got to study a little extra. I thought the quiz had a good mix of questions. We then had 4 people present there Storymap and it was interesting to learn and read about there cultures and learn more about them. 

 Today In calss I got to watch and learn about my classmates cultures. Everyone had great presentations and I enjoyed them all. I also submitted my story map. I’m sorry this is late I thought I hit post for steptember 4th 

 Today in class we finished our Story maps to be presented tomorrow. I think the maps are a creative way to explain to the class and give a visual presentation of questions related to the story "Two Kinds" and it gave us a creative way to relate to the story. I'm sorry i did not come back to class after I went to the nurse it was like 3:13 and by the time I got there the bell would have rung so I didnt see the point im sorry. My StoryMap will be finished.
