I have high social anxiety and instead of doing the bare minimum I really tried to make it bigger than myself and just work on teaching her. She ended up getting fired it was not because of my training though and I felt proud of myself for stepping up.

We discussed the gender roles they faced in the novel and how some of the women have been able to push through them and some women are still stuck within them. We discussed how women do not have to be mothers to be fulfilled and what the road symbolizes within the text.
