Write about a dream that felt real

(Sorry this won`t make sense if you have not watched the movie) One time I dreamed I was a character in Shark Boy and Lava Girl, and we were in the dessert kingdom. Even though it sounds crazy It felt so real that I could taste everything. We then got kidnapped by Mr. Electric and were forced to climb to the top of this candy tower. When I was climbing I fell off into the water and that was where my dream ended.  This was many years ago and I still remember it very vividly that's why I chose this dream.

Today in class we read chapters 29-31( sorry if that's incorrect) and stopped during periods of it to discuss certain details in the book. In the section we read today, we found out that Sofia was thinking of and then did leave Harpo to go stay at his sister's house. After six months Harpo decides to open a club. I think Harpo should try and fix his relationship with Sophia and not listen to his father's opinion on his relationship.

Have you ever had an experience where stress, fear, or emotions made something feel distorted or unreal? How did you ground yourself in reality again?
